Operating principle of integrated pumping station

The integrated pumping station is a miniature sewage treatment system that integrates sewage treatment equipment, pipelines, and electrical control systems. Its operating principle is as follows:

1. Sewage collection: Sewage enters the integrated pumping station through gravity or internal pumping stations from the pipeline network.

2. Pre treatment: After entering the integrated pump station, the sewage first passes through pre-treatment equipment such as grids and pressure filters to remove larger solid particles and impurities.

3. Biochemical treatment: After pre-treatment, the sewage enters the biochemical tank for aerobic/anaerobic treatment, utilizing microorganisms to decompose and degrade organic pollutants, converting them into water, carbon dioxide, and other harmless substances.

4. Clarification treatment: The treated water enters the sedimentation tank and, under natural sedimentation, suspended solid substances settle at the bottom of the tank.

5. Disinfection treatment: The clarified water enters the disinfection tank and undergoes disinfection treatment with ultraviolet/chlorine gas to achieve the goal of killing bacteria, viruses, etc.

6. Discharge treatment: After the treated water meets the national discharge standards, it is discharged into relevant rivers or sea areas through a pumping station.

Throughout the entire process, the operation of the integrated pumping station relies on the electronic control system, which achieves automation control, operation monitoring, and fault diagnosis functions of the entire sewage treatment process through PLC (programmable controller).
